Fried rice is one of our favorite meals at home not only because its quick to make but also because its so delicious.

I remember sometime 2 years ago was when I noticed my son will come up with a dance whenever I made it.

The picture above was my lunch for today, I ate it with chicken and Kaklo .

If you want to eat it the West African way serve it with some shitto , you can thank me later :).

  1. I love the African food I’ve tried, but I’ve never had African fried rice. This looks tasty – I’d have that for lunch any day!

  2. 5 stars
I’ve never added oyster sauce to fried rice before – I think it will be delicious! I’m testing it on my kids to see if they do the happy dance.

    1. Lol, Anna I’m sure they’ll do the happy dance if you make it for them. Thanks for stopping by!
