Last week my wife bought some sweet potatoes from the market and on Wednesday I remembered we had them and then the idea came, sweet potato balls. Then I started thinking about the ingredients and had to find out if we had them? We had all the ingredients but bread crumbs. Then I remembered I bought some bread on Monday, so I transformed the old bread into bread crumbs.
