Salmon Cakes, also known as Salmon patties are crispy fish balls that can served with different sides and dishes.
They’re very easy to make and quite budget-friendly. Especially if you have a big family. If you have kids who are at school-going age they can be quickly made and your kids will love them!
I didn’t eat Salmon Cakes growing up but we had fish cakes on special occasions and they were some of my fondest memories growing up.
This is an excellent main dish that can be served with different sides. Serve it with Jollof Rice, Fried Rice, Potatoes, Macaroni, Quinoa, etc. Eat with different dips or make a slider with it.
Most of the ingredients can be found at your local grocery store or on Amazon.
